JJA makes use of the following software tools which are tailored to our expertise

• Palisade @RISK, a risk analysis tool using Monte Carlo (statistical probability) simulation
• COMPRESS - Pressure Vessel design and analysis software by Codeware
• 3-D AutoCAD modelling
• SUGARS™ - Process modelling software by Sugars International
• Microsoft Visio Professional for the preparation of Process and Instrumentation Diagrams with embedded equipment schedules

In addition to commercial software, JJA has in-house developed tools for project cost estimation and project management, including the use of one-page-project-manager format for project reporting.

We also have a reconfigurable PLC system and a range of diagnostic equipment that are available for use in research, process troubleshooting and auditing.

Furthermore JJA have access to and use of the full range of Australian Standards.
